Implementing and improving a shared services organization is fundamentally based on changing the way people think and behave. Transitions are always difficult, in the manufacturing industry where you may be working with people who have been doing things the same way for 20+ years and are hesitant to change.  The idea that change isn’t a bad word is gaining more traction, but change management is still one of the core issues facing
