The Edgar Schein Best Student Presentation Award
This award is in honor of Edgar Schein a former professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management, has made notable marks on the field of organizational development in many areas, including career development group process consultation, and organizational culture. This award will be given to an undergraduate(s), graduate(s) or doctoral student(s) making a presentation at ISODC conferences. The recipient(s) will receive a total award of $200.00, a certificate and acknowledgement from the ISODC.

The Jack Gibb Student Paper Award
This award is in honor of Jack Gibb a pioneer in humanistic psychology often referred to as the grandfather of organizational development.  He was the original proponent of the importance of trust in team dynamics and organizational behavior, and the effect of trust on creativity. He was an early innovator at the renowned National Training Laboratories in Bethel, Maine.  This award will be given to an undergraduate(s), graduate(s) or doctoral student(s) presenting a paper at ISODC conferences. If the paper is submitted to the Organization Development Journal (OD Journal) and is accepted by the OD Journal Review Board for publication, the recipient will receive a total award of $800.00, a certificate, and acknowledgement from the ISODC.  

The Consultant of the Year Award
This award will be presented to a person or group who clearly demonstrates outstanding contributions to their client and our profession. A committee of consultants will make the determination based on a paper that clearly describes the consultant(s) contributions to the field of OD&C and consulting. A description of their work, accomplishments and lessons learned should be included which can be shared with colleagues. The recipient(s) will receive a certificate, will be featured in the ISODC Newsletter, and acknowledged on the ISODC website. This award is open to all ISODC members and colleagues and will be presented once a year at an ISODC Conference. This nomination may be a self-nomination or by others. 
 
The OD Research or Project of the Year Award
This award will be presented to a person or group who prepares a case study that clearly describes the project/research including the purpose, the OD&C areas involved, outcomes, lessons learned and experiences which can be shared with colleagues. The recipient(s) will receive a certificate, will be featured in The ISOD Newsletter, and acknowledged on The ISOD website. This award is open to all ISOD members and colleague and will be presented annually at one of the ISOD Conferences. 
 
The Organization Development Journal Article of the Year Award
This award is presented to the author(s) of an article published in the OD Journal by The OD Journal Review Board based on an article published during the year previous. For instance, the 2014 award will be based on an article published between January – December 2013. The recipient(s) will receive a certificate, will be acknowledged in the ODJ, the Newsletter, and the website. This award is open to those who have an article published in the ODJ.
